Shipping
We aim to get every order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes around 7 days.
Please note that during busier periods, such as seasonal holidays, promotions or sales, delivery may take around 7 to 9 days from dispatch.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your order.
If you change your mind, we offer a 30 day satisfaction return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Items that have been used, washed, damaged or show signs of wear may not be accepted for return unless the issue is due to a defect or fault.
If your return is approved under our 30 day return policy, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method unless you choose to accept store credit, an exchange or another alternative offer we may provide.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Sale items, clearance items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for change of mind returns or refunds unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to show the funds in your account.
